EGE Restaurant Bali is an independent Mediterranean restaurant created in Bali by a team bringing hospitality experience from Dubai to Canggu. Inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean and the Aegean coast, EGE brings together generous food, Turkish hospitality and the relaxed spirit of Bali.

Our story is not about bringing an existing restaurant from Dubai to Bali. EGE was born in Bali. Our connection to Dubai comes from the experience, standards and hospitality culture our team developed while working there.

Now, that experience has found a new home in Canggu.

EGE was created with a simple idea: to build a place where good food, warm hospitality and the culture of sharing come together naturally.

The inspiration comes from the Mediterranean, particularly the Aegean coast, where meals are rarely just about eating. They are about gathering around the table, ordering dishes to share, staying a little longer and enjoying the people around you.

Dubai Hospitality Experience, Bali Identity

Before creating EGE, members of our team built their hospitality experience in Dubai, one of the world's most international dining destinations.

Working in Dubai shaped the way we think about restaurants.

Attention to detail matters.
Consistency matters.
Presentation matters.
But most importantly, the way a guest feels matters.

We brought that mindset with us to Bali.

However, EGE is not a branch of a Dubai based EGE restaurant, nor is it an extension of another restaurant with the same name.

EGE is an independent restaurant concept created in Bali, with its own identity, philosophy and story.

Dubai is part of our team's journey.
